Just how tough are things in some places? They must be pretty tough here. The example of that is this picture. This is a sewer cleanout in our boulevard.
The steel cover that was there probably weighted about 8 pounds. Even at 10 pounds that that’s about .97. On the other hand there was another one gone about 200’ feet south. I guess if you stole enough you could end up with gas money to get to the recyclers.
