Yesterday just sort of came and went. Conversations with both kids were the highlight as usual. Some shopping today is called for- “Some” meaning just a tiny bit as in too much month left etc.
I think I’ve mentioned Bill’s homemade summer sausage, right? Well it was much better than what I’d expected in fact it was good enough to inspire me. I’ve had homemade summer sausage before but either it wasn’t quite right for me or it was made by someone who had been doing it for a long time. Bill’s was good and it was his first try. That’s probably the inspiring part. Naturally I’ll have to adjust the ingredients a bit just to make it original besides I really like garlic (chuckle). I’m not sure that today is the day but it’s coming soon.
