It’s a good thing I didn’t calculate the cost of spices in advance yesterday. WOW! It was more than the meat. I DO have enough for a lot more summer sausage. I have high hopes for the outcome and will report the results either way. Being a natural critique-ist and often harder on myself than others it will likely be slanted toward the negative.
Breeze weather ahead here- still a lot better than some others can expect. I’ll take the breezy and be happy, Thank You Very Much. I’d like to extend my irrigation system to include ALL the garden but after my investment in spices I may let that go OR not. I’ll just wear myself out calculating it and figuring till I’m too tired or frustrated to do it. Smart, right?
