Old Crusty has a favor to ask. If you’re Blessed with having that special someone in your life, PLEASE - Do something special for them today. You’ll never regret it, take that from someone who wishes he still could and didn’t do it enough when he could.
I need to send my early ballot in today if I’m going to retain my “official right to complain.” It doesn’t take me long to fill it out. I don’t generally vote for someone who has been in office more than twice, I vote NO to anything that expands a bureaucratic function or creates another department of government be it city, state or federal or could contribute to the deficit. Pork belongs in my smoker or on my grill NOT in government. Opposing opinions are always welcome on Friday, they pickup the trash on Saturday (chuckle).
Well it would appear that I may be headed toward ranting in either emotional or other areas or more likely both. I can fix that – I’m going to go outside and chop something down or sweep something up.
