I’ve taken quite a sabbatical from “The News.” Actually I didn’t even realize it till just now. Alert are I. Thanksgiving is past and over once again. And a pretty full weekend followed for me. I was surprised that a Thanksgiving post on “fb” brought quite a number of responses.. I was very pleased to receive responses from a few folks that I hadn’t heard from in a very long time.
Saturday was spent with my old friend Kurt, his grandson and the grandson’s cousin. We were working on Kurt’s mother’s old condo preparing it to go on the market. Some good laughs, a few hidden chuckles ensued. The grandson is a great kid but doesn’t know a lot about working at such an undertaking. Not surprising and certainly not uncommon in one of such an age.
I have ambitious plans for today so I’d bet start or all that pent up ambition will bleed away.
