Scout dash lights & speedometer- NO NEWS Trailer Frame-

It's just sitting there but there is a stout box to mount - Not today. Lots to do yet.
UPDATE

Worked on the trailer a couple of hours today. It should be ready to mount on the frame in a few days. It’s going to get A LOT of paint first, under, around and over. It has been a lot of work and will never be a work of beauty or very valuable except for the functionality it promises. In between projects on the trailer I spent some time with the Scout. I have the dash lights working but I’m afraid the speedometer is junk. Fortunately I have a backup that worked when I got it but the printed circuit board is broken. OK the circuit board on the one I’ve been messing with has now proven it’s self to be functional. We’ll see if anything actually is going to work for me.
I spent several hours grinding and chiseling a 4’ long wield from the trailer frame. Shorty came out as asked why I was doing that as no one will see it when it’s done. I said I needed some grunt work and hammering and I’d know that ugly wield was there. He laughed and said “Yeah, right, I figured you were frustrated with the Scout, Right? Yep, Shorty you’re right on! We both laughed. Nothing like a 4 pound hammer and a cold chisel to work out frustration – I’m pretty sure that there are other ways that are more fun but . . .
Tomorrow ? I don’t have a clue. I might call it a kick back day after today. I might NEED a kick back day.
