OK I’m going to quit the complaining for a while. Especially after realizing yesterday that my complaints about my new glasses were unfounded. No I still can’t use them for driving comfortably BUT O remembered the conversation with the woman who assisted me with ordering them. She asked me if I had any specific issues with my glasses. My main complaint was while in front of the computer and working with things at arm’s length (like cars). Naturally she said I really needed tri focus glasses and said that would be something that I would have to pay for but she might be able to order glasses primarily for that in bi focus lenses. OK I said I’d try them with the encouragement that if I had trouble with them to bring them back and we’d start over. She did better at that effort than I did. I forgot about that conversation. Bad Me. My new glasses are fine for those functions – what they were intended for. I can rely on my old ones for driving when I need to be able to see street signs far away. Currently I have on my new glasses and can see the keyboard and screen without difficulty or strain. I was all ready to gripe about having to keep two pair of glasses handy when I realized I was firing up a gripe/complain for something I’d requested- Hum I think I may actually be human – LOL - not that that’s not an excuse in any case.
Onward and upward- Another cloudy day – Folks in AZ (everywhere) are sure funny – a cloudy day with a few showers and everyone is happy – for a day or so. I believe 4-6 people commented yesterday on the weather (I don’t talk with many more than that during the course of most days).
