The latest water effect was found out back leaning again the outside of the fence along with a pile of junk furniture. It wasn't functional. I found the same unit online for $379+ shipping. No Thanks but. . . The pictures don't do it justice especially after dark - The back drop is textured like a black washboard with water running down it, all across it's surface with a submersible spotlight shining on the running water. Cool. It's sort of like a summer fireplace - just sit and relax and watch it- Oh a book, bev. it. (YES I do know about washboards-I played one many years ago and was NEVER in the wrong key)(chuckle). I had a submersible light and bought a pump for $9 and it's restored to whatever level of splendor it ever possessed. Actually it's advertised as indoor/outdoor - Hum Well I'm running out places indoors AND outdoors! I ran the numbers and it uses about as much electricity as a night light. (chuckle) It also kept me occupied for a while now I just HAVE to sit and watch it from time to time. I think I'm up for that.
SO you see I get emails from a small local family run company that sells returns from big companies. I keep a close watch on their website and like the whole family involved in it. I checked the website today and immediately jumped in the Scout and roared up town. 10 x 20' shade structures with tarps for $49.00. Shorty just bought two at Harbor Freight for $120@. I already have one over the shop and new tarps are $75 and up. If I don't use anything else the but the tarp is a net savings of $25 BUT I'll probably use it all one way or another. Whatever -
