It would appear that I need to do a better job of proof reading ANYTIME I type ANYTHING. Proof reading is difficult for me as I tend to SEE what I THOUGHT I typed as opposed to what ended up on the screen or page. I know that’s a natural thing for most of us but . . .
Went to Dawn & Bill’s Sat. afternoon for roasted pork chops, corn on the cob & potatoes -all roasted on the grill. Something about the roasted that really made music on my taste buds. Bill tried Carolina sauce (vinegar based) on the chops – I was not sure about that till they were done. I’d do it again, for sure, PLUS I was thinking about using it as a marinate ? ? ?
