Airport run went very well. Partners arrived home safely and reasonably comfortably. No stress, no issues – Thanks Be. Looking forward to next year. Not like any of us are promised ‘next year’ but nice to have a good one available IF we are. (chuckle)
Well I can’t put it off any longer – I have to clean house tomorrow regardless of the outside work that is over due & waiting too. Much like laundry I don’t know why I put it off so much but I sure do. The fence construction clean up can just wait. In this case, it’s 1st- house cleaning, 2nd bar general cleaning, 3rd patio/courtyard vacuum and mop floor, wipe tables etc. and finally the yard. THEN finish up the construction/destruction clean up. Well it’s my goal anyway.
Went to the Legion this evening. Had a good time – some laughs, some reminiscing and some purely B.S. I didn’t realize it until I was actually leaving the building - I had to go all the way around the bar and shake hands and/or hug mostly AND or at the VERY least pause and acknowledge every person there. I don’t know if that’s a ‘good thing’ or not. (Ha Ha Ha) Sure a shocking thing for me. Anyway I can say it’s a darn sight better thing than walking out of a bar headed for another – looking for that illusive whatever it is. (delete sentence defining and specifying those illusive whatevers) Ha Ha HA ! Well that may be a lot more than you wanted to know but. . .
