Once again ‘it’s been a while’. Had a spell under the weather – survived that to rebound with a great visit with dear friends. Sort of makes some of the struggles of issues, plain old life, and all such was not so drastic. ‘Us folks is surely strange creatures in my estimation.’ Most of the struggles of issues, plain old life, and all such are based on things unknown and not under our control anyway but we have to go through the process of solving them in advance and when it’s all said and done our input was not all that pertinent – if at all. THEN we realize (to some degree) how much time, effort and planning we put into anticipating the situation to find it was only ‘a situation’ in our perception. Sound like double talk to you? Does to me but I know what I was thinking and I don’t often express that so well. This may be one of my finest examples of that.
I went grocery shopping today. What prompted that? I was out of Spicy V-8 juice. I have become an addict to that. It’s not citrus so I can grab a glass whenever I’m inclined and you might understand that I really get inclined when there isn’t any! Guess what I didn’t bring home . . .Ha Ha Ha Yeah NOW I laugh about it but when I first got home, I might have mentioned some unkind thoughts & words directed to myself but then I’m becoming accustomed to THOSE abuses. Actually the humor, ridiculousness & stupidity of it is greatly related to making a list and leaving it on the dining room table. Not that I’ve ever done that - TOO often. (chuckle)
I took 8 boxes of bar glassware to a charity re-sale store today! None of which came from directly the shelves of “Crusty’s Cavern”. Ain’t a vacant spot of the shelves there. I had a bar condiment server that I left at the legion that I thought might be a better use of it. The bar manager said “how did you know we needed an another one of those ?” Well frankly I didn’t, I’m just psychic about some stuff. Ha Ha Ha I hope YOU at least smiled.
