Oh Boy, Am I tired? Why yes I am. Admittedly I am a tad spoiled but the stress level around “old #5” has about maxed me out. As is very common with us human type of folks – it has more to do with “Not Knowing” stuff that we ‘thought we knew’ and were handling. . . In one day I went from hustle’ing up a mortgage to buy the partners out to “we changed our minds. Maybe next year.” OK either mode works for me but. . . From even agreeing on a price. I was one step away from paying for an appraisal fees to ? ? ? Sure glad I wasn’t trying to PUSH the deal or I’d be out a chunk. Oh Well . . . I seem to be in one of those moods when I should be out in the desert alone and contemplating the sky. (chuckle)
Onward and Upward is the goal.
The “ out in the desert” isn’t an option right now. . .
