Well it‘s been a while folks and this evening it’ll be short I expect. I can’t say it’s been because of anything specific or tragic other than the loss of my friend and International Harvester Scout buddy.
Nothing much has gotten done around here – Imagine that!
It’s emissions month for the Scout but I’ve been running additive through it but unfortunately not driving it much. The temperatures will get some blame for that. Kind of hard to walk past a AC ‘d car to get to the Scout. Ha Ha Ha
Folks are gripping about “when are the monsoons starting – well frankly I wouldn’t mind them skipping us this year. The first few years we were in AZ we kept asking “Well What exactly are the monsoons?”. A few years later we knew more than enough. Spotty things & sometimes destructive - they are. Not usually as bad as tornadoes but . . .
Anything I really want done soon will have get done tomorrow. Thursday I expect to get cut on again as that’s the plan anyway. No big deal – been there, done that and won’t be the last time either BUT I’ll have to keep the wound clean etc. Clean for me means a very hot shower and a harsh scrub with dish-washing detergent as I do tend to get dirty - Unacceptable Gurrr As poor as I am at following directions I do attempt to follow those- NOW. (chuckle)
