My reference to “taking a day off” brought a response from Tasmania. A fellow blogger from some years ago related to “taking a day off” in the context of being retired. Long story made very short I DIDN’T take the day off and was rewarded with a high speed trip down the freeway in the truck AND safely back home. I’m currently saying it’s ready to sell. I’ll probably continue to detail it a little as my mood and energy dictates.
This morning I’m departing soon for Scottsdale to hopefully help Kurt – How much and how long also dictated by mood and energy but mostly by discretion focused on my back. It’s paid a price of late.
Any productivity other than helping Kurt will (should) be cleaning tools and putting them back in the designated places instead of covering three work benches in the shop. Hey, I got them that far yesterday when I declared the truck “fixed.”
I hope there’s ink to print For Sale signs. . .
Best make the most of this Monday – It’s the only one we’ll get this week.
