The Partners arrived safely and in good spirits yesterday. Shorty said they were just piddling around getting ready to leave when a relative called and said “if you’re planning on getting out of town you’d better get going.” He was right as they drove in light rain and snow for a few hours to get out of the storm. We had our first really nice day in a couple of weeks (75 degrees and full sunshine) so it was fantastic for their arrival.
I’ve sort of been what I’d describe as busy (for me) of late. I have things I NEED to get done. If I keep my nose to the grind stone I might be caught up by late today. Strange I don’t mind doing the project at all- actually once I get started and “into it” I enjoy it but Oh- the getting started and “into it part.” Onward and Upward.
