Change of Agenda #137; VA appointment – I called to verify the time and was greeted with “I was just about to call you.” My doctor was out for the week. I knew she had had a broken back and suffered with it often so it wasn’t a great surprise. The surprise was they an appointment the following week and if that didn’t work for me I could just name a time and they’d make it work. I was glad to make the adjustment of schedule especially when I felt the apology was sincere and the willingness to accommodate me was real. The issue isn’t life threatening or I’m just easy?

Cool this morning here so I’m not anxious to get moving but I do have a ?plan? (chuckle). Put on my grubby work cloths and get with the program as soon as the temperature rises a bit. 60 degrees is about my launch point and we’re getting close to that. Then it’s clean out the car – no big deal- maybe5 mintutes but I have an airport run to make tomorrow morning to pick up Shirley’s son. Shorty has a doctor’s appointment at the same time her son is due in. Then I plan to cleanup the back courtyard a little. There’s rain in the forecast and I’d like to have most of the leaves and trash gone before it arrives. Especially so because the guest room access is across the area that will be wet when the rain arrives and her son has been here before and he really likes to sit in the courtyard and read. Obviously a man of good taste and sense as I’m pretty partial to that same activity myself.
