A fair number of cactus pads and arms are on the ground and there are small limbs to be cut up and disposed of but there is a good chance of more storms tonight & tomorrow night. So- the question is how much trouble is appropriate in getting everything picked up today. There is a minor philosophical quandary here you see? Leave the debris and expect to have a larger job IF storms show up or get it today and hopefully have less to cleanup later? There are a couple of issues that relate to the decision (1) Most of the dead leaves & limbs are out of the neighbor’s monster tree likewise the cacti have broken their weak and excessively heavy parts already. (2) I feel the need to get some outside exercise and some accomplishments, both are somewhat important to my wellbeing. Therefore based on my solid reasoning and logical evaluations I have concluded that I’ll go grocery shopping.
No, I’m just kidding, it’s off to the front yard with tools in hand.
