Good Tuesday to ya all. Feels right brisk out there yet but looking for 70 before noon. The city of Mesa is working on the very old irrigation system out in the street again this morning. They are closing a large hole 10x8x8'. It was (?) a leak that tended to keep the street wet when there was water flowing through it twice a month. It's simply a big pipe that carries water to the yards, but also the sidewalks and street (unintentionally). Then when the water reaches a certain level it floods those yards whose owners are subscribed to the service at fairly high cost. During the three serious months of summer if you want lush lawns it's quite cost effect but you can't subscribe for 3 months or even 6 months- must be year around. Quite a service, right?
I can't think of a single important issue that I NEED to address today- What's going on here? Oh there's several issues that need attention but nothing really pressing. What on earth am I going to do? I would be a very good time to clean tools from the last repair of the old Scout. I could make arrangements to get a replacement cell phone, I could attack the front yard and trim clean, I could clean house or do laundry early(that almost never happens. I guess you'll just have to tune in tomorrow to find out what I did attack.
