I’m sure glad I didn’t eat that leftover half a pastrami sandwich
yesterday. It’s breakfast today. Not bad at all AND no additional dishes to
wash (chuckle).
Just what I needed (NOT). Hey it’s all metal with a nice glass top. It DID need some caster work and paint but now that’s finished I’m not really sure what to do with it. Feel free to insert your own (chuckle) here. It certainly can’t go in the house- no room. It’ll have to be a courtyard item. I kept thinking about all the times passed when it would have really been handy then realize that’s exactly right- “in times past.” Oh Well I have one NOW.
The little 3 tier garden behind the fireplace was not working out so well. With flowers that need watered often and more quantity of water than cactus, the soil was washing between the river rock into the lower area. The two upper areas don’t have much soil in them because the middle one is actually ON concrete and the upper one I’d filled with scrap and busted up concrete as fill on top of concrete. It seemed like such a great idea all those years ago. It WAS then, not so much now. I put some old binder board (left from another project) in to hold the soil – it doesn’t look great but if it work out I’ll be satisfied till I get another brain storm.
