The new southerly view from the open patio out back. I don't miss the beat up old fence, the power & phone lines, the cell towers or even the industrial building roof down on Bdwy. I NEED a shaded work area and even with Shorty's car & the trailer I still have a work area. Like about everything there is a price to pay and that will be getting in & out via the double gate - got some cleanup and re-arranging to do. . .
