I shall return or at the very least that’s my intent.” (chuckle) That isn’t likely to happen much till next week but who knows - not me for sure. . .
We just had a few hours of winds over 20 mph. Myself and others with “portable” carports were likely the only ones who were concerned. It appears that the winds have moved on and the carports have remained. (Ha Ha).
I’ve actually made a tiny bit of headway in a couple of areas that you won’t normally see around here.
1) The chop saw is again usable and restored to wood cutting (it’s original designated function). Minus the loose metal cutting blade that was left on it. Gurr.
2) The small patio just outside my dining room window doesn’t make me close the blinds and I might actually use it again.
3) The Merc. has dependable headlights again (that I can only take credit for a trip to the ATM though & Jerry).
4) The shop (in-spite of still needing attention) is improved (only I would know it though - I DO) (chuckle).
5) The monthly bills are paid in advance (before due date). That’s my norm for a long time now - Oh Oh I’m getting desperate for things to take any credit for and of which I need to remember to be Thankful for - among a host of other things that I tend to overlook.
A visit with my daughter and Patrick has been enjoyed very much along with the Sunday afternoon with most of ‘the local current clan’. It’s somehow seemed ‘right’ to have a group exceeding 3 out back with lots of hugs, laughing and fantastic food. I can’t take ANY credit for the food other than fully enjoying it all and some remains that I continue to enjoy. Extra thanks to those who contributed so much above & beyond their presence. Reminder to self send note to those who really made it happen.
The Scout is next into the work area. Parts arriving soon – The motor mounts are in and the body mounts scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I KNOW you ALL are thrilled !
