The old Scout is back on the road ! For a few days anyway. More I want to do but other things are so far behind that it’s a priority issue. I’m really trying to enjoy it’s moderate renovation – the doing of it – the results are easy to appreciate the ‘doing’ - I’m trying. Why Yes I DO know I can be “trying” on occasion.
Had some WIND! While finishing up the Scout it arrived! I was a little concerned about the carports departing again but they held. The cover on the shop did not. Alas it was 3 years old – that’s a pretty good life span for a $40 tarp in AZ. I DID recall what is was like to fight removing them (12’x20’ tarp.) after they become in snared on Cactus thorns though and dropped what I was doing and tended to it. I also got things covered in the shop in the event of rain also.
Wow do I have a selection of projects for tomorrow! Have I mentioned “priorities”? We’ll see how that plays out in the morning. As for right now it’s a snack, a book and beverage – followed by ‘lights out’. My Lights anyway probably.
