A Legion friend & I were visiting last evening – Ex Medic, ex cop, - He mentioned that he wrote poetry – in-fact was a published author. He asked if I'd be interested in reading one of “his”. Well I have to admit that poetry in not my specialty but “sure”. - - - Wow ! I was fighting tears at a Legion bar! Not Normal! It was patriotic but not political ! I knew I liked that “good old boy!” I’d cover his ‘6’ without a thought.
