Oh Darn! Another smelly old cookout tomorrow. The nasty old aroma of wood burning and pork cooking will just have to be tolerated. The Partners are having a bunch over and we’re having Bill & Dawn over. I’m cooking the meat and cleaning up the area for it. I figured I’d level out the grass a bit and blow off the courtyard etc today and then focus on messing around and cooking tomorrow. The usual menu was the partner’s choice- Pork loin. No problem but it needs to be a large one. The estimate currently is 14 dinners. Most of which I’ve cooked for before and as I recall a few of them are serious eaters. At the moment I’m leaning toward stuffed loin but those things often change.
