Well this cookout is taking on a slightly different feel. Shirley has flatware rolled in napkins already and is asking about an ice bucket- hum. I’d best get things out and setup soon. I need to make a trip to pickup some things to stuff in the pork loin. Cornbread, onions, peppers and stuff like that. My plan is to put in the barrel smoker about 11:00 or I’d best get going. I’m not moving too fast (even for me) so I better start early.
