Woops AGAIN- I’m not sure what happened yesterday morning- I seems that my News Report has become consistently “spotty.” Oxymoron ? Ya Think. I’m almost positive I accomplished something important and worthy yesterday but I don’t seem to be able to recall what it was. Oh yeah- I went on a killing mission. I did my exterminator thing for one. That included a trip to the hardware store for supplies which included a conversation about chemicals for said purpose- Killing crawly things. One of my old standbys is Boric acid powder. Cheap- reasonably effective and pretty safe to use. I haven’t used to recently so was looking at the options on the shelf. Several of the associated products no longer included Boric Acid but now has diatomaceous earth ( https://richsoil.com/diatomaceous-earth.jsp ) as the active ingredient. It is REALLY cheap but ANY moisture defeats it totally therefore I wonder how it works in pool filters – I don’t guess I wonder enough to check it out right now but. . . Back to yesterday- I’ve just accounted for an hour plus of my day, and again, at a loss at the balance of the day. YEAH I remember doing some research on internet access and TV programming suppliers. Cox services do a good job but are ridiculously costly. I think they have missed a major trend in the world today- away from such services. As if I didn’t already know it I was soon reminded to read ALL THE FINE PRINT in a provider’s material and dig a little deeper when possible. The strange (to me anyway) is that I was just about to say goodbye to cable TV totally because I rarely watched TV for more than an hour or so. Unfortunately or not I discovered Velocity channel that is devoted to automotive programming. Oh Darn – that’s what happened to last evening AGAIN.
