My focus today shown above. Fixing a turn signal issue was easy compared to cleaning aluminum spoke wheels. No they weren't really nasty looking but they are fairly exotic special edition wheels and when they are dirty with brake dust and road grime and stained they are - just wheels. I believe I have at least a hour each invested in making them sort of special again - OK you're absolutely correct- that difference will only be truly appreciated by ME and that's OK with ME. Oh there was also some spots in the carpet and dust on the engine, again my efforts are appreciated by ME.
It seems that I can be fairly productive about every other day or so. (chuckle)So far I have 3 out of 4 going. One day I invested in the front & side yard-just clean up- but 5+ hours of clean-up, another day invested with friends going over, around about and through their house/yard with a list of wants/needs what's it going to take AND a great lunch. Somewhere in that tangle of activities I actually got a MASSIVE laundry done. Doing it was one thing - coming home and putting it all away and hanging it up AND making the bed immediately, NOW THAT last part took some doing. I seem to hesitate, stall, procrastinate and generally not get around to THAT re-making of the bed and then some hours later, after shower time, I SO regret NOT making it as soon as I get home. It's not like I couldn't re-make with clean bedding as soon as I strip it - Well, but then, that's way early in the morning and. . .(chuckle)but then IF on the way home I'd be hit by a massive falling comet or a bolt of lightening, I'd have wasted the effort. Are you ready?(chuckle) You are chuckling, Right?
Now hasn't this all been fun? Well Yes, for me anyway - I got to laugh AGAIN at my silly antics and attempts at productivity and accomplishment - Durn good thing it don't take much to entertain ME.
