Well my eye appointment was not so interesting- I thought is was strange to have a SAT. appointment and it was because it wasn’t. Closed ! I had verbal, e-mail & written confirmation and triple checked – I HAD an appointment – WRONG. Even I (Ha Ha) need an eye doctor to have a successful eye examination – I sat in the parking lot trying to figure out how I could pull that off without ANY luck. PLUS everyone at VA seems to be walking on broken glass and trying not to scream. I don’t have anyone to YELL at – It really feels like the front line folks are trying even harder than they always did for me but middle and upper management are more interested in media reports that “gettin her done.” They are attempting to do, in-house, a lot that has been contracted out and upper management is fighting to keep it “VA Health Care” and not be shut down – All a good plan – especially for me but the pressure is excessive in both directions. All that is strictly my opinion and worth what you are paying for it at least.
Post refrigerator day report. I’m OK but sure hope I don’t have to do that again soon. I shouldn’t have done it this time but. . . I repeat I’m OK but I may need another day to recoup as I’m so far behind that - - - Well way behind on everything.
